  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and maple syrup until creamy.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges but soft in the center. Let cool on wire racks.
  8. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and dip half of each cookie into the chocolate; allow to set on parchment paper.
