Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas Choose high-fiber tortillas for added nutrition.
  • 12 oz sliced turkey breast Use deli-style turkey for convenience.
  • 1 cup baby spinach Fresh spinach adds nutrients and crunch.
  • 1 cup shredded carrots Use pre-shredded for ease.
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers Peel if desired for a softer texture.
  • 1 medium red bell pepper Thinly sliced for easy rolling.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Use plain for a tangy flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Adds a nice tang.
  • 1 tbsp honey Balances the tanginess of the yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder For added flavor.

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy. This dressing will add flavor and moisture to the wrap.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. This will be the base for your wrap.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. This ensures the wrap doesn't get soggy.
  3. Layer 3 oz of sliced turkey breast on one half of the tortilla. This provides the main protein source.
  4. Top the turkey with a handful of baby spinach, a quarter cup of shredded carrots, a quarter cup of sliced cucumbers, and a few slices of red bell pepper. This adds color, crunch, and nutrition.
  5. Starting from the edge with the fillings, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a secure wrap. This helps keep the fillings inside.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Slice and Serve
  1. Once all wraps are assembled, slice each wrap in half diagonally using a sharp knife. This makes them easier to eat and presents nicely.
