  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or canned, diced
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest for added flavor

Prepare the Fruit
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwi, diced pineapple, sliced banana, and halved grapes. Gently toss the fruits together to mix them evenly without mashing.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. This dressing adds a sweet and tangy flavor that enhances the fruits.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss again to coat all the fruit pieces with the dressing. Be careful not to crush the fruit.
  2. Serve immediately in individual bowls or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
