Prepare the Espresso
  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine. Ensure the coffee is freshly ground for the best flavor.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a shaker or jar, add the freshly brewed espresso and 2 tablespoons of packed brown sugar. The brown sugar will dissolve better in hot espresso.
Shake It Up
  1. Seal the shaker or jar tightly. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This aerates the espresso and helps dissolve the sugar, creating a frothy texture.
Serve
  1. Pour the shaken espresso into a coffee cup. If desired, add 1/2 cup of milk for a creamier texture.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for added flavor.
