  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed butter while stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped pecans and toffee bits using a spatula.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
