  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Olives or peppercorns (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into strips about half an inch wide. Wrap each meatball with the strips, overlapping slightly.
  5. Place wrapped meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and add olives or peppercorns for eyes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
