  • 1 bone-in smoked ham (810 lbs)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. Generously brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil halfway through and baste with additional glaze. Bake for another hour until heated through.
  7. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
