  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by trimming excess fat. Cut into bite-sized pieces if desired.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the peanut sauce over it. Stir gently to coat.
