  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
