  • 12 oz fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in Italian herbs.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara on the bottom of the dish. Layer half of the ravioli, dollop half of the ricotta, and sprinkle half of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with sauce and leftover cheeses on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
