  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Mince the onion and garlic; chop the cilantro.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into uniform oval patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Chill the shaped kebabs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to maintain their shape while cooking.
  5. Preheat your grill over medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
  6. Grill each kebab for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  7. While grilling, prepare the tzatziki by mixing yogurt with cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  8. Serve hot kebabs alongside tzatziki sauce.
