Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the milk (or buttermilk), eggs, and melted butter until smooth.

  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared skillet or baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm with butter.
