  • 3 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a slow cooker or Instant Pot, combine cooked shredded chicken, minced garlic, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well coated.
  3. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours. For Instant Pot, cook on high pressure for 15 minutes and allow natural release.
  4. Shred the chicken if not already done. Mix in softened cream cheese until combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto slider buns and top with sour cream.
  6. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
