Blueberry Ganache Tart is a delicious dessert that combines rich chocolate ganache with the tartness of fresh blueberries. The buttery graham cracker crust offers a perfect foundation for this elegant treat, making it an irresistible addition to any gathering.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until like wet sand. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over dark chocolate chips, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Fold half the blueberries into the ganache and pour into the cooled crust. Top with remaining blueberries.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
