1 bunch asparagus (about 12 spears)
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Tear off two large sheets of aluminum foil, shiny side up, and place on a baking sheet.
Arrange one salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet and surround with asparagus spears.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest; drizzle over the salmon and asparagus.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Fold the edges of the foil tightly to seal the packets.
