Waldorf Salad is a refreshing blend of crisp apples, juicy grapes, and crunchy walnuts, all enveloped in a creamy dressing. Perfect for picnics or as a light side dish.

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes.
  2. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
