2 medium Granny Smith apples
2 celery stalks
1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
1 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes.
Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
