  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (60g)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the diced sweet potatoes and sliced carrots. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly tender.
