  • 1 cup soaked cashews

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water for 9-11 minutes until al dente. Drain carefully.
  2. In a food processor, blend soaked cashews, spinach, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
