  • 2 tbsp brined capers
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 oz pasta (optional)

Instructions
