Valentine’s Day Bark is a delightful no-bake chocolate treat that elegantly combines rich dark chocolate with sweet white chocolate, topped with vibrant sprinkles, crunchy nuts, and chewy dried fruits. This easy-to-make confection is perfect for sharing with loved ones or indulging yourself. Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or strawberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in the same manner and drizzle over the dark layer using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. While still warm, generously sprinkle nuts, dried fruits, and sprinkles on top, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Refrigerate for about an hour until fully hardened. Break into pieces and serve.
