Crockpot BBQ Beef Ribs are a mouthwatering dish that transforms your weekend into a savory celebration. These tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs are infused with rich smoky flavors and slathered in your favorite BBQ sauce, making every bite a delightful experience.

  • 3 lbs beef ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the beef ribs.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place sliced onions at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  4. Layer the seasoned ribs on top and pour half of the BBQ sauce over them.
  5. Add beef broth and cider vinegar, then cover tightly.
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  7. Brush remaining BBQ sauce on before serving and let sit uncovered in the Crockpot for an additional 15 minutes to glaze.
