  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add the taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned meat mixture and top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Place filled taco shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
