  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional), finely chopped
