  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the top using a wooden spoon handle.
  4. Mix fresh berries with sweetened condensed milk and pour over the warm cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  6. Spread whipped cream over the cooled cake, garnish with extra berries if desired, and chill for at least two hours before serving.
