  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon; toss until coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Layer the fruit mixture in an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread the oat topping evenly over it.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
