  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently until just blended.
  5. Fill each donut mold about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and springy.
  7. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Glaze with whisked powdered sugar and milk.
