Ingredients
Brownie mix (or homemade brownies)
Eggs
Unsalted butter
Heavy whipping cream
Chocolate chips (for ganache)
Green sprinkles
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease baking dish.
Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
For ganache, melt equal parts chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
In a glass bowl or individual cups, layer brownie chunks, whipped cream, ganache, and sprinkles; repeat layers until filled.
