  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh whipped cream
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 23 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in fresh whipped cream and mint extract until fluffy.
  3. Divide the filling into two bowls; add green food coloring to one bowl and mix gently.
  4. Spread half of the white filling into the graham cracker crust. Add dollops of green filling on top and swirl gently using a knife.
  5. Add the remaining white filling on top and create swirls again for visual appeal.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
