  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink (3-4 minutes); set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic until fragrant; add spinach until wilted (about 2 minutes).
  4. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine heavy cream and ricotta until smooth; stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom. Layer with noodles, shrimp, crab meat, spinach, sauce, mozzarella; repeat until ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
