  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix 1 cup flour, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Spread raspberries evenly over the base layer and sprinkle with an additional ¼ cup sugar.
  4. In another bowl, combine ¾ cup flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Spread this topping over the raspberries.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
