  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced two inches apart.
