  • 2 cans (15 oz each) hominy, drained
  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp chili powder (smoked preferred)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 tbsp dried Mexican oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups chicken broth

Instructions
