  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye beef
  • 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender (4-5 minutes).
  4. Push veggies aside and add beef; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
  5. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  6. Fill slider buns with beef mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter; bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
