  • 4 ripe fresh passion fruits
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, lime juice, sugar or honey, and chopped mint. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Gradually add filtered water while stirring; adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, filling them three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To serve, let pops sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing from molds.
