  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
