1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
10–12 fresh mint leaves
1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups filtered water

Instructions
Wash and slice the lemons, then juice them to yield about one cup of lemon juice.
In a large pitcher, muddle fresh mint leaves with sugar to release their oils.
Add the lemon juice and stir in four cups of cold water until the sugar dissolves completely.
