  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
