  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp and mild blend)
  • 1 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, jalapeños, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cheesy mixture in the greased baking dish. Place the cooked chicken on top and spread the remaining mixture over the chicken.
  5. Top with panko breadcrumbs and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
