  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
