Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 oz fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
