1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury flaky biscuits
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Ketchup and mustard (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (6-8 minutes), draining excess grease. Stir in garlic powder.
Mix in parmesan cheese until melted.
Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Pinch edges to seal.
Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve with ketchup and mustard.
