Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are irresistible bites filled with juicy beef and melty cheese, all wrapped in flaky dough. Perfect for parties or cozy nights!

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury flaky biscuits
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Ketchup and mustard (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (6-8 minutes), draining excess grease. Stir in garlic powder.
  3. Mix in parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with ketchup and mustard.
