3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on all sides.
Once cooked through, stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
