1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk (whole or dairy-free)
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined (do not overmix).
Optionally, divide batter into bowls and add food coloring for vibrant shades.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. For each bunny pancake, pour two circles of batter close together for the head and body; add smaller dots for ears.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
