1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 ripe banana
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 –2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (to taste)
½ cup ice cubes
Gather all ingredients and ensure they are chilled.
In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener.
