10 oz canned tuna in olive oil, drained
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, diced
1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Gather all ingredients on your counter and finely chop the herbs.
In a large bowl, mix drained tuna with olive oil and lemon juice until creamy.
Add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion; toss gently to combine.
Fold in the parsley and dill until evenly distributed.
