  • 1 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, half of the onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the remaining onions until translucent. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Once meatballs are done baking, transfer them to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
