  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 lime wedges

Instructions

  2. Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower, cutting it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
