  • 2 cups young spinach leaves, washed
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh herbs (basil, parsley), chopped
  • 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps

Instructions
