Ingredients

  • Italian sausages (spicy or sweet)
  • Fresh garlic
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fettuccine or penne pasta
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add sliced sausages and brown for 5-7 minutes.
