Ingredients
Scale
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk, warmed
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Gradually add warm milk and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Punch down the dough and divide it into portions: one larger piece for the body and smaller pieces for ears and tail.
Shape the dough into bunny forms and place them on a lined baking tray. Let them rest while preheating the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Brush with melted butter before baking for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
